How can my company or organization become a client?
Thank you for your interest! Plum Benefits is an exclusive benefit service that is cost-free for corporations and organizations, and extremely easy to provide. Simply click here to fill out this short form to let your company or organization know that you are interested! We will do the rest!

When will new offers be available?
Our entertainment offers are updated at least once per month, and sometimes more often. We highly recommend that you check the site for updates throughout each month to ensure that you don't miss out on the latest offers. Our New York metropolitan area clients can also view the offers in the printer-friendly Entertainment Guide delivered to their HR departments or Plum Benefits administrator each month.

How long are offers good?
The terms of each offer are different. If you would like to search for events that are scheduled to take place within a particular period of time (e.g., within 30 days, within 60 days), simply use our Advanced Search tool.

Where are the seats located?
The earlier you buy, the better your seats! Our discount offers are typically good on the same seats that you would obtain if you were to order tickets at full price. The seat locations for our full-price and premium-price offers are often better than those you would be able to obtain if you were to order on your own.

Why should I sign up at www.plumbenefits.com/signup?
Signing up is the ONLY way for Chicago-area members to access their entertainment benefits, and a BETTER way for NYC-area members who have previously relied upon the PDF or printed version of the Entertainment Guide.
